The Fixed Income Syndicate business is responsible for primary issuance activity for all Investment Grade Corporate Debt, all issuance of debt (both sovereign and corporate) from International Markets (excluding G-6 borrowers) and the issuance of both investment grade and non-investment grade Preferred Stock. The Syndicate desk works closely with borrowers and our distribution network to insure issuers receive competitive pricing and optimal distribution. The Syndicate business is truly a global one, reflecting the increasingly international character of our client base. We have Syndicate staff located in New York, Tokyo, Singapore and London.
